Blackpool Tower Ballroom has been restored! And we did it.
It’s one of the most famous buildings in the UK, inspired by The Eiffel Tower and built in 1894, the ballroom itself is one of the most beautiful and famous ballrooms in the whole of the world, all with original plasterwork and an amazing painted ceiling.
The Ballroom hasn’t had a huge restoration since 1957 and we were in charge of restoring the beautiful wooden dance floor. Constructed of 3 different types of wood and made of 30, 602 separate blocks of mahogany, walnut and oak.

Our Wood Floor Restoration team were tasked to restore the wooden flooring at Selfridges in The Trafford Centre! The process included multiple stages of ultra fine sanding, priming and application of 2 part commercial wood floor finish!
Work was undertaken through the night in order for the shop to remain open to customers. A job well done from our fantastic team.
